1. Purpose of the Job:
This position focuses on providing technical sales and support for pump systems to customers in industrial, utility, and infrastructure markets. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Main Responsibilities:
1) Sales and Market Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies in industries such as petrochemical, semiconductor, food & beverage industry and others.
- Identify and explore opportunities in new and emerging markets to expand the company’s presence and product reach.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational challenges and recommend solutions.
2) Technical Consultation
- Perform technical assessments and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and reports, addressing both technical and commercial aspects.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management team to ensure the proposed solutions meet customer requirements effectively.
3) Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers of customers.
- Gather market intelligence to identify trends and potential growth areas.
- Plan, organize, and execute roadshows, including customer training and product demonstrations, to promote the company’s solutions and educate customers on best practices.
3. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- New or -2 years experienced
- Strong understanding of mechanical equipment
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean
