Account Payable Specialist

Your role

As a Account Payable Specialist , your mission is to [Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for providing financial and administrative in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate accounts payable transactions and accounting treatments.]. You will report to [PtP Team Leader].

You will

Principal Accountabilities and key competencies:

1. Administer of accounts payable transactions and accounting treatments
2. Process 3 way matching, review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
3. Responsible for inter-company statements and discrepancies investigation
4. Resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation
5. Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
6. Responsible for preparing AP related analysis reports as directed by the GBS Manager.
7. Assist with month end closing
8. Provide supporting documentation for audits
9. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
10. Assist with other tasks as needed

You have X - X years of experience, working as a XY

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting.
2. Good communication (spoken and written in both English & Chinese)
3. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft office software, etc.
4. Additional certification of Accounting is preferred. Knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS.
5. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate accounting matters  in a clear and concise manner.
