Application Engineer

Your role

As a Application Engineer , your mission is to [Support sales on pre- sales activity and develop technical knowledge in application scope，Work for application issues and release CIPs/AIBs]. You will report to [Application Manager].

You will

• Work closely with account manager to create Edwards Value Selling Programmes (EVSPs) for key customer
• Work with regional product managers and account team as appropriate to develop product value propositions, including cost of ownership modelling for individual products
• Prepare and deliver high quality, persuasive customer and internal communications in a clear, concise and structured manner 
• Deliver training programs to Edwards and customer personnel
• Collaborate with internal partners and colleagues to support cross-functional activities
• Lead key CIPs to improve the Customer degree of satisfaction

• Master Degree level or above in an engineering or science discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in semiconductor process/field service/mechanical design roles;
• Vacuum pump and process gas abatement knowledge is preferred.

Job location

Option 1: On-Site
