BPI Manager

Your role
As a BPI Manager, your mission is to [By following with the Hongwave rules and practices, work with the teams in whole value stream to manage and improve the business process, make sure the business can run in agile and effective way to exceed customer’s expectation. Consistently improve/upgrade the process to adapt Hongwave‘s business strategic change in market]. You will report to [Business Controller, New Start-up Company].
You will

- Process Improvement
- Integrate with cross functions of Hongwave China to identify and develop new processes that meet the constantly evolving market requirements
- Keep good relationship with cross function team, understand customer requests and regarding daily process activities, including but not limited to procedures for sales/service/purchasing and related operations.
- Understand business challenges and needs while staying current industry and market trends, leading business practices and digital innovation.
- Paticipate in the process standaration of each BU, develop standardized procedures covering all BU business ways necessary flexibility to improve team’s work accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with whole cross function teams to design the future value stream mapping
- Initiate business improvement projects by delivering project tasks and milestones efficiently and on time - Conduct the relative training activities for the new process and make sure the process can be successfully launched
- Digitalize the process to be more systemic and automatic in the whole information flow process in business.
- Establish measures to govern process compliance and report to management for review
- Be the window person to involve global projects
- Other duty as line manager requested
- Team Management
- Provide leadership and management to the team
- Work with cross function team to well design the BPI team’s work direction by finding opportunities to improve on business operation efficiency
- Regular training to team to improve on the work ability and business understanding
- Make sure the BPI team’s work output can meet the business requirements
- Motivate BPI team members to pursue high working standard
- Identify and develop talents in team, build a strong and proactive team for business request

- Bachelor degree, with major in business, trade & equivalent
- 8 years of experience in change/ transformation management background
- Experience leading process re-design and re-engineering efforts across various functions, it would be beneficial if you are sensitive with numbers
- Experience with PMO, interest in and understanding of digital innovation
- Project Management certifications is a plus
- Qualifications in Lean or Six Sigma is ideal
- IT application background is a plus
- Fluent English skill verbal and written
- Willing to accept changes with motivation
