Your role
As a Bank & Card Admin Specialist, your mission is to [The role supports Atlas Copco Group globally in the administration of banking, corporate card and treasury systems, ensuring accurate and timely user management, compliance with Bank and Treasury guidelines, and optimization the processes. The position involves extensive interaction with banks, subsidiaries, global regions, and controlling teams.]. You will report to [Bank and Card Admin Team Leader].
You will
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain (create, update, remove) users in banking and treasury systems
- Administer the group credit card program and support in rollout activities
- Complete user requests from subsidiaries accurately and on time
- Stay updated on bank/treasury system administration portals and upgrades
- Actively participate in bank administration projects to optimize processes
- Produce user access audit reports for subsidiaries’ self-checks and follow-up
- Ensure compliance with routines and controls defined by Banks and Treasury and local guidelines
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Skills Required:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 4–5 years’ experience in a Bank and Card Administration or finance role (open to recent graduates with relevant exposure)
Technical & Professional Skills
- Knowledge of bank and treasury or finance operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
