Your role

As a Business Transformation  Manager, your mission is to [The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial success of customized products and SEMI/ Chamber service after-sales solutions. This role combines business development, pricing strategy, market intelligence, and service product development at the business level.]. You will report to [Business Line  Manager, VSS].

You will

  • Business Development & Market Expansion

Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities for customized products and service offerings.

Work closely with sales, product, and service teams to define value propositions and go-to-market strategies for tailored solutions.

Build and manage strategic partnerships with key customers and stakeholders to support long-term business growth.

  • Pricing Management & Custom Pricing Strategy

Lead the pricing strategy for customized products and services, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Develop data-driven pricing models based on customer requirements, cost structures, market benchmarks, and value-based principles.

Support deal-specific pricing decisions, including quotation strategy, margin analysis, and pricing approval processes.

  • Market Intelligence & Installed Base Analysis

Conduct market intelligence research, including market size, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, and trend analysis.

Analyze installed base and market installation volumes to identify growth opportunities, upselling potential, and service penetration strategies.

Monitor competitor pricing, offerings, and business models, and provide regular insights to management.

  • Service Product Development

Leading China Intelligent Operation Solution business development, drive Vacuum + EMS digitalization business project for key account and PdM tools embed.

Drive business-level service product development by defining commercial concepts, pricing structures, and target customer segments.

Collaborate with technical, service, and product teams to translate customer and market needs into scalable service offerings.

Evaluate the commercial performance of service products and continuously optimize the portfolio based on market feedback and data analysis.

  • Co-ordination leadership

China VSS contact window of marketing & BD to division marketing operation & transform

Co-ordinator of global benchmark CIP and Service upgrade product driven in local market, co-ordinating division product team, local sales team, local technique solution member and service force.

Initiatively insight market opportunity and drive local stakeholders to deliver mature business portpolio for value added service.

  • Data Analytics & Decision Support

Apply data science methodologies to support pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and market analysis.

Build and interpret analytical models to support strategic decision-making at the business level.

Prepare business cases, financial models, and performance dashboards for management review.

Experience requirements

  • Proven experience in Terotechnology with data science and data governance or to B marketing, preferably in global well-known enterprises.
  • Proven experience in data science & AI implement for equipment operation or factory operation index improvement, including drive pre-dict service mode or TCO enhancement
  • Expertise in designing modular service portfolios (e.g., predictive maintenance, emergency repair) with ROI-driven pricing models.
  • Track record in executing lifecycle-focused marketing campaigns (digital platforms, technical workshops) and sales enablement tools (TCO calculators, ROI cases).
  • Strong analytical skills to map client needs, optimize product-market fit, and measure commercialization impact.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering/sales teams and articulate service value to industrial clients.

Knowledge

  • Fluent both in written and oral English & Chinese.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Advanced knowledge including Python, SQL, PowerBI.

Educational requirements

Master Degree – Iundustrial Engineering or Data Science or equivalent engineering background.
