Your role

As a CVC, Order Management Team Leader, your mission is to [In conjunction with the Hongwave’s rules and practices, lead team work with sales team and other related departments to achieve customers’ satisfaction and ensure the success and the consistency of company's objectives by efficient commercial order book management process and business improvement program, support China customer care manager to execute all functions of CVC team.]. You will report to [Supply Chain Manager].

You will

  • Strategically align the China customer care resoureces and processes with each market sector to ensure Hongwave delivers world class customer service, enabling profitable growth upon the 3 years’ forecast provided by each market sector.
  • Drive OI & OR to meet target, report to top management team on weekly basis for monthly OI estimation and OR forecast and follow up with traceable & accountable actions by collecting & verifying data and communicating both internal & external
  • Interface & manage source cell operations (factory, STC, logistics and warehouse) to ensure supply plan aligns to delivery against promise with an on time delivery target 95%, decide the allocation rate of common products across different sectors & sister companies upon the priorities, persuade sales & customers to accept our decisions by explaining the facts & stand in their shoes. 
  • Build core knowledge of CVC order process to ensure the orders are successfully implement from contact to cash, with a focus on process standardization & optimization. Ensure a high level of the open order management system (MBT, QAR, CRM, SAP) implementation, enable customer care team to manage the shipment/revenue forecast, maximize revenue shipments and optimize distribution inventory.
  • Lead team to involve the contract negotiation of some key projects/customers, including but not limited to demanding priority management, delivery schedule, warranty policy, tax invoice sending and debts collection process, packing method to convince customers to follow up our advice and achieve the win-win solution at initial stage.
  • Lead team to interact and engage with both internal & external customers for effective communication & collaboration with various resource to proceed the orders with high quality & customer satisfaction against SLA.
  • Manage the customer feedback through tools such as net promoter scrore, CRM, Fracas and ensure through continuous improvement we delivery increasing levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Periodically review & modify current procedure to fit with business development, design & develop new process for new product/new business model, initiate & define China BPI projects by collaboration of cross functions, improve the working efficiency of whole organization.
  • Implement internal audit & support external/3rd party audit to drive the actions of continuous improvement program, conduct business process training to sales & monitor sales performance to improve working efficiency and reduce total operation cost.
  • Be responsible for team management through recruitment process, training & coaching program, skills & workload evaluation & job allocation system to enable staff to have the required range of knowledge and align with staff career development plan and enhance employee loyalty & satisfaction under SMART goal setting & review process.

  • Bachelor degree, with major in business, trade & equivalent 
  • Minimum 5 years experience in order management and supply chain field.
  • Knowldge of import/export policy & process, international payment knowledge, inco-terms, etc.
  • Strong communication, relationship management and conflict resolution skill
  • Strong analytical, problem solving  and presentation skills
  • Awareness of relevant regulation, legislation, procedures and processes
