China Supply Planner

Your role

As a China Supply Planner, your mission is to [This role is responsible for managing all China customer orders delivery status which loaded directly onto the China DC and other global RDCs ]. You will report to [Planning & Logistic Manager].

You will

Order management:

• Make sure all the open order in SAP can be planned appropriately in production company, feedback in time and solve the abnormal problem；确保SAP系统中的订单在工厂正常生产, 及时反馈并解决异常订单；

• Expediting and replenishing for urgent demand；满足紧急交货需求；

• SAP request date reasonable check；订单交期合理性检查；

• Cooperate with CVC & Logistics team to accomplish the delivery process;与客服和物流部门合作完成订单交付流程；

• Support to confirm the order change, including Pull in / Push out / Cancel;支持确认订单变更，包括提前/延期/取消；

• System operation and setting updated.系统操作和设置更新

Distribution Inventory:

• Inventory level monitor, including stock-out pre-alert and push order delivery per request date;库存水平监控, 包括缺货预警和推动内.外部订单库存交付；

• Closely monitor via Inventory quality ratio report, work with related function to reduce the dead inventory;根据库存健康报告，与其他部门合作减少呆滞库存；

• Safety stock level monitor；安全库存设置和管理；

• Review provision list and deal with provision ；定期回顾和处理减值准备；

• Periodic Review physical goods in Shanghai 4 Plants (7061/7062/0200/0201);定期监控上海本地4个仓库的实物情况；

• Track and Analyse inventory status and provide insight to management.跟踪和分析库存状态并提供洞察建议给管理层

Demand & Forecast:

• Establish and bridge CC sales forecast alignment with division and PC, ensure close communication on demand management and capacity planning of overall supply chain.作为CC销售与事业线及工厂的沟通桥梁，在整个供应链端口紧密传递信息以保证预测需求与产能的匹配；

• Production Plan follow up, including expediting /priority reallocation/ swap/source cell change;生产计划跟进，包括催货 / 调整订单优先级、生产顺序调换以及为了缩短交货期变更供应工厂；

• Regularly release the production lead time;定期发布产品生产周期；

Customer Service Level (On time delivery analysis)

• Support BU&CVC to track and analysis OTD performance.支持BU和CVC跟踪和分析准时发货率

You have X - X years of experience, working as a XY

• • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/ International Trading;

  全日制大学本科，供应链、物流管理或国际贸易相关专业；

  • 2 years’ work experience in supply chain, order management or logistics function in a multinational company;

  Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry background is preferred;

  具有2年与供应链、订单管理或物流相关的工作经验，在半导体或制造业跨国公司更佳；

  • Familiar with SAP system;

  熟悉SAP系统；

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written);

  普通话与英文；

  • Good proactive communication and problem solving skills;

  良好的主动沟通与解决问题的能力；

  • Good data analysis skills;

  良好的数据分析能力；

  • Teamwork and meet tight deadlines under pressure;

  能团队合作，并在压力下工作；
