Customer Care Co-ordinator

Your role

As a Customer Care Co-ordinator  You will report to [Customer Care Team Leader ].

You will

• Customer Service
• Initiate project to visualize CDC performance and achievement to customer site, automatically and real-time
• communications with internal / external customers and communication with the subordinate employees, include (but no limited) global PC/DC/CC/STC warehouse and operation\planning team
• Priority Management in corporation with Customer Care in CN and Intercompany as well as internal departments and external providers (freight forwarder and packaging provider).
• Priority Management in corporation with Customer Care in CN and Intercompany as well as internal departments and external providers (3rd party warehouse onsite service and packaging provider).
• Order management, complete daily delivery process smoothly
• Dispatched on the day they where "Printed in the warehouse"
• Daily run SAP KPI report to check abnormal or unfinished activities and deal with it
• ALL Items & Stocked Items -  Customer Orders that can be fulfilled from On Hand Inventory on day of 1st Promise
• Inquire, record relevant data of OBD Delivery, daily, weekly and monthly KPI report
• Order processing apart from SAP to promote customer experience and perception
• First response to the inquiry from customer through various portals (mailbox, hotline, cell-phone, field service, etc.)
• Documents preparing (invoice, packing list, customer sign documents,etc.) to support customers & business requirements
• Customer complaints. If has, manage and escalate complaints to reassure customers and to win customer’s confidence on problem resolution

Experience requirement

At least 1 year warehouse document operation experience

Extensive operation experience in customs supervision district e.g. free trade zone etc.

Excellent Excel and Power Point is required

Logistics / transportation experience is an asset.

Knowledge of SAP, WMS/TMS, Power-BI, Access is an asset.

Educational requirement

The successful candidate has a College degree or above.

Excellent command of Mandarin verbally and in writing
