Customer Process Engineer

Your Role

    Be passionate to learn and increase the joining technology and process knowledge, and keep up-to-date view with developing trends about ADH, SPR, FDF and Vision solutions;
    Work with internal peers and external stakeholders such like customers, material suppliers, robotic companies and line builders to communicate and interact the joining process, criteria and software;
    Construct the station in innovation center with integrated solution and meet required standards and process by the right equipment communication, mechanical & electrical automation, meanwhile develop the station documentation and check list as well;
    Actively collaborate with the global team and local team to transfer the new technology and solution from division to Asia HUB (mainly China);
    Be open, inspirational, creative mindset to drive the innovation activity for local market, pursue teamwork with engineering and product team to make it happen;
    Support by test, validation and co-development during the global launch and L4L developing program;
    Support to innovate robot sensor technology, removal control, component supply and removal, position control and monitoring, quality assurance of joining process;
    Transfer the process knowhow or robot competence to sales, marketing, service, line builders and customers to improve our on-site performance of process implement;
    Support company activities including training, demonstration, seminar, roadshow, events and walk the line (WTL);
    Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the manager;
 

 
To succeed, you will need  

Experience
•    Knowledge of Robot and PLC programming.
•    Experience of field bus technologies (EthernetIP, DeviceNet, Profi Bus, …)
•    Experience of automation system over 3 years
•    Experience of adhesive process will be a plus
•    Professional trainer experience will be a plus

Education: 
    University majored in Automation or Engineering with at least bachelor’s degree;
    Proficient in English (oral and written);

Working Experience: 
    Minimum 5 years working experience in robotics or engineering technology role;
    Experience in automation application and robotics is preferred;
    Working experience in multi-national company is preferred;

Competence Requirement:
    Automation, equipment integration and engineering competence is preferred;
    Communication skill and team work orientation;
    English competence to communicate with global team;
    Microsoft PC skill;
