Your Role
- Distributor Development:
- Indentify,recruit, and onboard new distributors to enhance our market reach
- Evaluate and select distributors based on performance metrics and alignment with VTS goals
- Sales Strategy Execution:
- Collaborate with the direct sales, OEM and marketing team to design and impletement effective service sales strategies tailored for each distributor
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Performance Management:
- Set clear sales target and KPIs for distributors, monitoring their progress and providing actionalbe feedback
- Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions with distributors to optimize their effectiveness
- Evaluate the Code of Conduct and risk measurement in collaboration with the legal team
- Training and Development:
- Creat and deliver comprehensive training programs to improve distributor product knowledge
- Offer ongoing support and resources, including techncial consultant and sales tools and installed base management, to assist distributors in achieving their sales targets
- Reporting and Insights:
- Prepare detailed reports on distributor performance, market conditions, and sales forecasts for senior management
- Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas needing improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including FS operations team, techncial support, IV/SV equipment sales, to ensure seamless operations and enhance customer satisfaction
To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution management, sales, or related fields, preferably in aftermarket service of high end industrial product
- Demonstrated success in managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets.
Knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of manufactory industry, production methods and industry trends
Educational requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skill
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent forward planning, reporting and organization skills
