Facility Engineer

Your role

As a Facility Engineer, your mission is to [Serve as the technical steward of the physical plant and critical building systems, ensuring a safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operational environment that directly enables core business activities, protects assets, and supports the well-being of all occupants.]. You will

Job description:

1. Be responsible for operation and maintenance work of factory air conditioners and heating system equipment.
2. Be responsible for compressed air system equipment operation and maintenance work.
3. Be responsible for factory water supply /drainage system operation and maintenance work.
4. Be responsible for buildings and infrastructures operation and maintenance work.
5. Be responsible for Natural Gas supply system equipment operation and maintenance work,
6. Be responsible for factory special equipment daily maintenance and management work, such as CDA system, PCW System, lifting equipment, Process gas system, etc.
7. Maintain the related maintenance document complying with company management regulations, such as SOP, ISO9001, etc.
8. Facility maintenance spare parts and materials planning and inventory management.
9. Ensure working in safe way. Lead and coordinate facility maintenance and troubleshooting work on factory infrastructure and facilities.
10. Energies management and saving work, such as water, electricity, steam, natural gas.
11. Building and facility project daily management work.
12. Assist Finance and IT dept. with fixed assets management work.
13. Factory security monitoring equipment daily operation and management work.
14. Other task assigned from superiors.

SHE Responsibility Regulation:

1. The office staff is responsible for their own SHE aspects of performance.
2. Comply with the SHE regulations and operation procedures.
3. Accept safety education and training, participate in risk assessment, report the potential risk in the specific operation, suggest that feasible protection measures.To study the content of the risk assessment, familiar with the operation risk, and implement the corresponding protective measures.
4. Entry into workshop, wear labor protection articles according to the rules used correctly and properly keep all kinds of tools, equipment, fire equipment, etc.
5. Implement company`s contingency plans, obey the superior command.
6. Find that hazard or accident, timely report to supervisor or manager.
7. Take an active part in SHE activities, and puts forward reasonable Suggestions about SHE.
8. All staff shall strictly abide by the unit of production safety rules and regulations and operation rules, obey the management;
9. Criticize, impeach and charge the problems existing in the safety production work in company. Refused to illegally order and force the dangerous operations;
10. Manage and supervise visitors to comply with the requirements of the company's SHE;

1. Bachelor’s degree. A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
2. At least 3 years facility operation and maintenance working experience at foreign investment manufacturing enterprise.
3. Good skill in using office software, familiar with AutoCAD.
4. Facility project management skill and experience is preferred.
5. English skill is required.
