Your Role

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Accounting, Reporting and Tax

• Prepare for monthly closing according to group requirement and report to GPS for legal entity level.
• Make sure all accounting transactions are according to FAM and local requirement.
• Provide monthly provision and accruals according to accounting rules.
• Make monthly balance sheet account reconciliation, highlight the difference with reasonable analyse and raise red flag on time, get formal approval by BC.
• Make monthly tax reconciliation, both for output and input tax.
• VAT invoice management to ensure on time and accurate invoicing
• Expense claim management to ensure compliance and good communication
• Responsible for tax declaration and other tax issues.
• Provide data support to credit control for AR management
• Provide monthly/yearly statutory report to local government.
• Lead external audits including the annual audit/state audits/tax audit/TP audit.
• Support internal audit and lead quarterly internal control self check
• Keep improving internal control and process optimization
• Lead team to prepare a clear SOP with continuous improvement

Project tasks

• Drive legal integration for finance part
• Accounting and reporting simplification to drive team efficiency by 20%
• Accounting reporting tax automation
• Lead liquidation of 2 legacy entities
• Communicate and work with other department to offer professional finance support

Team development

• Develop finance team competencies
• Lead collaboration activities within BC department

Other ad hoc tasks manager assigned

 
To succeed, you will need  

Education                      

• University degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience                    

• At least 5 years working experience in accounting, reporting tax and at least 2 years’ experience as team leader role, lean project leader in SSC background will be preferred.

Knowledge                    

• SAP, KINGDEE knowledge in accounting and finance module is a must

Skill:                                

• Microsoft Office skill in Excel & PowerPoint

• Good English skill both in written and speaking
