Your role

As a HR Specialist

 your mission is to [Act as a reliable HR partner that safeguards organizational compliance, empowers employee success and drives operational excellence by taking end-to-end ownership of payroll management (including accurate salary disbursement, IIT filing and social insurance administration)].

You will report to [HR Manager].

You will

    1. C&B
    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries promptly.
    • Administer all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other supplementary benefits. Coordinate with benefit vendors to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
    • Conduct compensation analysis, benchmarking, and market research to ensure the company’s compensation structure is competitive and aligned with industry standards. Support salary review cycles and bonus calculations.
    • Maintain accurate C&B and payroll data in relevant HR systems, perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity, and update employee records in a timely manner.
    • Prepare C&B-related reports (e.g., payroll summaries, benefit cost analysis, tax filings) for management review and regulatory compliance.
    • Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and benefit trends to ensure the company’s C&B practices remain compliant and competitive.
    1. Employee Relationship
    • Lead or participate in ER projects such as employee engagement surveys, retention initiatives, disciplinary process optimization, and conflict resolution support.
    • Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement ER policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
    • Support employee communication initiatives related to C&B and ER matters, including conducting workshops or sessions to educate employees on benefits, payroll processes, and company policies.
    1. HR Operation
    • Oversee day-to-day HR administrative operations: manage employee entry, transfer, promotion, and resignation/termination procedures; maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files .
    • Update employee data (personal information, job status, payroll details) to ensure data integrity and synchronization across all HR modules.
    1. General HR Support
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations) to streamline C&B and payroll processes, improve efficiency, and ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to C&B, including benefit enrollment for new hires and final pay calculations for departing employees.
    • Support on recruiting activities.

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a C&B Specialist or similar role, with solid payroll processing experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and benefit programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) are essential.
  • Previous experience in leading or participating in employee relations projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels and external vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
