Import & Export Operative

Your role

As a Import & Export Operative  , your mission is to [Take responsibility of  customs clearance of import&export, ensure clearance process efficiency and compy with customs AEO requirement]. You will report to [Import & Export Senior Supervisor ].

You will

•      Import & Export and Customs 进出口与海关事务

-    Communicate with foreign consignors and consignees to ensure that transportation and customs clearance, physical, documents, process and license meet relevant requirements

      与国外收发货人沟通，确保运输、清关、实物、单证、流程与证照符合相关要求、满足客户需求

-     Daily monitor customs clearance process and activities, ensure efficient and high-quality service to realize the commitment of VTBA to internal customers

       日常跟踪与监控清关流程与活动，确保高效高质量的服务实现VTBA对内部客户的承诺

-     Provide logistics support and services for VTBA global service centers

       为VTBA全球的维修中心提供物流支持和服务

-      Provide VTBA's internal customers with relevant reports and consultation on shipments tracking

        为VTBA的内部客户提供货物发运跟踪的相关报表和咨询

•      Documentation and Customs system maintain 文件与海关系统的维护

-      Maintain customs system, both bonded and non-bonded, periodically go to customs for data    

        withdrew in customs system

        维护海关保税、非保系统，定期完成海关系统的核销工作

-     Regular check documents filing and data archives, in line with AEO requirement

        定期检查文件归档和数据归档，符合AEO要求

-      Handle In-bound&Out-bound documentation operation in bonded area

        处理保税区海关出入库单证操作

•     Development and initiation for the preparation of working documents for VTBA

       制定并启动VTBA工作文件编制

•      Definition and improvement of Key Performance Indicator’s to measure and optimize the performance of the Customs clearance in a transparent way, supported by systems and processes  

       在系统和流程的支持下定义和改进关键绩效指标，从而以透明的方式衡量和优化清关绩效

•    Effective communicate with internal / external customers to provide  information sharing and support for import and export business

        有效与内外部客户沟通，以提供在进出口方面的各种信息共享与支持

•      Analysis and monitoring of import and export operation cost ,regular cost control and implement 

        corrective measure

        相关进出口运营成本分析与监控,固定成本的控制和实施纠正措施

•     Evaluate service providers with agreed service levels. In case of deviations, initiate appropriate measures independently       

       对约定服务水平的服务供应商进行评估，在出现偏差的情况下，独立启动适当的措施

Experience requirement

1~2 year working experience relative to import & export, logistics, planning or analysis

Excellent Excel, word, power point is required

Experience in customs supervision district e.g. free trade zone etc

Knowledge of SAP, Power-BI, Access is an asset

Educational requirement

The successful candidate has a college degree or above.

Excellent command of Mandarin verbally and in writing, English is a must of working environment
