Import & Export Supervisor

Your role

As a Import & Export  Supervisor, your mission is to [Lead import and export customs clearance operations, ensure clearance activities efficiency and compliance with legal requirement]. You will report to [Import & Export Manager  ].

You will

•      Import & Export Operation Management进出口运营管理

-      Lead overall import and export operations, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and cost efficiency in customs clearance

       主导公司进出口业务的整体运作，确保清关的合规性、及时性及成本优化

-      Manage end-to-end processes including transportation, documentation, and customs declaration in line with regulatory requirements

       统筹进出口流程（运输、单证、报关等），确保符合海关及相关法规要求

-      Monitor clearance progress and handle exceptions to ensure supply chain continuity

       监控清关进度及异常处理，保障供应链稳定运行

-      Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to improve service quality and operational efficiency

       协调货代、报关行等外部服务商，持续提升服务质量与效率

•      Processing Trade & Bonded Business Management加工贸易管理

        -      Manage the full lifecycle of processing trade manuals, including registration, amendment, and   

               closure

               负责加工贸易手册的备案、变更、核销及全周期管理

        -      Oversee bonded operations, including inbound/outbound, inventory control, and material transfer

                统筹进出口流程（运输、单证、报关等），确保符合海关及相关法规要求

        -      Ensure consistency between documentation, inventory, and physical goods in compliance with  

                Customs and AEO requirements

                确保账、物、证一致，符合海关监管及AEO要求

        -      Continuously optimize bonded and processing trade processes to mitigate compliance risks

                持续优化加工贸易及保税操作流程，降低合规风险

•      Internal & External Stakeholder Management内外部客户管理

        -      Act as the key contact point for import/export and logistics, coordinating with internal stakeholders

               (sales, planning, warehouse, etc.)

               作为进出口与物流窗口，与内部部门（销售、计划、仓库等）保持高效沟通

        -      Provide updates and solutions related to shipment and customs clearance to internal customers

                为内部客户提供运输及清关进度支持与解决方案

        -      Manage relationships with external partners (freight forwarders, customs brokers, authorities)

                管理并维护与外部合作伙伴（货代、报关行、海关等）的关系

        -      Ensure service levels meet business requirements and improve customer satisfaction

               提升客户满意度，确保服务水平达成业务需求

Experience requirement  

Comprehensive knowledge and practice in Senior AEO standard relative biz i.e. international trading, customs/tax law, and supply chain

5~8 year working experience in customs, import & export operation, be familiar with overall bonded, no-bonded process in variant zone.

People Management skills – Team player and project runner, organization and process development

Knowledge of SAP, Power-BI, Excel & Access is an asset

 对高级AEO标准相关业务有全面的知识和实践，如国际贸易、海关/税法和供应链；

5~8年海关、进出口业务工作经验，熟悉不同区域的整体保税、非保税流程。

人员管理技能-团队成员和项目负责人，组织和流程开发；

熟悉SAP， Power-BI， Excel和Access优先考虑

Educational requirement  

The successful candidate has a University degree.  本科毕业；

Excellent command of English, verbally and in writing, is a must. 英语流利。
