Mechanical Joining Lab Manager

Your role

As a Mechanical Joining Lab Manager, your mission is to support MJ business result. You will report to Business Line Manager.

You will

• Manage the team resource to implement materials testing, inspection, quality measurement, etc. according to customer’s application requirements;
• Lead the team to provide quality inspection and assurance improvement solutions in the customer field;
• To demonstrate quality assurance and process value for customer;
• Support sales and product team in application and technical & marketing analysis;
• Continuous improve team competence;
• Keep abreast of industry trends, responsible for the market analysis;
• Coordinate with sales/ product teams to walk line, Optimize our process;
• Be in charge of the technology communication with Product Company in Britian;
• Develop/ maintain solid relationship with our customers;
• Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the manage.

• Bachelor degree with major in Materials Science/M&E;
• Equipped with a certain understanding of the steel and aluminum system;
• At least 10 years working experience in automotive industry, be familiar with automative OEM and relative process, SOP, systems, etc.
• Mechanical joining background is preferred;
• Proficient in English (oral and written);
• Strong communication skill and customer orientation;
• Business & Marketing sense;
• Frequent biz travel.

Job location

Option 1: On-Site
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in shanghai, China (CN). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
