Your role

As a Opportunity To Cash Manager, your mission is to [The Opportunity To Cash Manager will be accountable for the entire order lifecycle and OTC process within the supply chain department, focusing on order receipt, processing, fulfillment coordination, invoicing, and cash collection related to customer orders. This role will lead process improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve order-related issues, and drive operational efficiency to support business growth.]. You will

  • Oversee the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, validation, confirmation, scheduling, fulfillment tracking, and closure, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently in line with SOPs and customer commitments.
  • Lead and optimize the Opportunity To Cash (OTC) process with a focus on order-related workflows, identifying bottlenecks (e.g. order processing delays, fulfillment discrepancies, invoicing errors) and implementing corrective actions to improve process efficiency and reduce cycle time.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, production, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to align order requirements with supply capacity, resolve order discrepancies (e.g. quantity, delivery date, pricing), and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order fulfillment performance metrics (e.g. order processing time, on-time delivery rate, order accuracy rate) and prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage order-related customer inquiries and complaints, coordinate cross-functional teams to provide timely resolutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and customer contracts in all order management and OTC activities, including pricing accuracy, credit terms, and invoicing standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the OTC, setting performance goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within the OTC and order management processes, leveraging other tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Participate in supply chain strategy development, providing input on order management best practices, customer-centric processes, and risk mitigation strategies related to order fulfillment and cash collection.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, manufacturing supply chain best practices, and regulatory changes related to OTC processes, integrating relevant insights into operational improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Opportunity To Cash (OTC) management, order management, or supply chain operations within the manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end order management processes (order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, cash collection) and OTC workflows in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process optimization.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with sales, production, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvement solutions.
