Your Role

Major responsibilities:

• Work closely with Germany Product Management and R&D team to define China products roadmap and new products launching plan. Organize products technical training with Global technical team;
• Support our Process Engineers& Proposal team to have a good validation and good proposal for customers.
• Collect and analyze competitors’ product parameters, make comprehensive technical comparison and fighting guide.
• Make sales kits and segment application presentations and success story to support sales colleagues.
• Organize and prepare products and application training for internal and customers, transferring product know-how to enhance internal competence and customer’s recognition.
• Technical support and presentation for marketing events of exhibitions, seminars, workshops and road shows etc.
• Guide and support sales team to improve the sales and profit asap.
•  Create and provide some articles or topic of our products application to Marc-Marketing in our Website &Webinar and Wechat etc .
• Translate and make Chinese presentation technical documents;
• Support technical team to get any certification for our products.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Education:

• University majored in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Glue material relative segmentation, with at least bachelor ’s degree, Master is preferred ;
• Proficient in English (oral and written);

Competence Requirement:

• Adhesive Material, mechanical engineering and automation knowledge is preferred;
• Electronic or Automation technology and business’ experience;
• Marketing 4P conception is preferred;
• Good Communication and presentation skill;
• Microsoft PC skill (Be good at Power Point and Excel is must);
• Knowledge of vehicle-body or Auto Tier1/2 manufacturing is preferred;
• Knowledge of Adhesive dispensing is awarded ;
• Ability to work under pressure, Ability to study quickly ; Willing to take the challenge;
• Ability to deal with complex relationship with other teams , Good team coordination ability , and have an international perspective;
• Good time management and planned work;
• Good integrity and commitment;

Language

• Good communication skill, fluent Mandarin & English speaking and writing;
