Your Role
1. Direct selling of service to new customers within the region;
2. Improvement of Business within existing Edwards Service Accounts either / both in terms of Margin, Contract Term &/or Coverage;
3. Retention and Support of Existing Business;
4. Support New Product Sales – leads & / or in support of major bids where service profile is key to wining of the business;
5. Market Intelligence – provide feedback to SEMI Service Sales Manager to enable better understanding of customer needs and trends;
6. Report on Competitor OEM and 3rd Party Service Activity;
7. Focus on dedicated service product promotion;
8. Promotion of new service product.
To succeed, you will need
More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor key customer service;
Initiative and high customer acceptance;
Have a certain amount of technical reserve knowledge
