Sales Engineer
Your role
Main Responsibilities (State what is to be done –to what - the result e.g. Develop, agree and implement detailed sales plans to increase market share in China):
- New business won from existing customers
- Retention and Support of Existing Business. No business lost and maintained planned yearly target on revenue and margin
- Increase in both revenue and profitability are the main goal, and achieve other goals manager assigned
- Market Intelligence – provide feedback to SEMI Service Sales Manager to enable better understanding of customer needs and trends
- Report on Competitor OEM and 3rd Party Service Activity
- Focus on dedicated service product promotion
- Promotion of new service product
To succeed, you will need
Education level:Technical college / University degre
Relevant previous experience:3 Years Minimum of working within Service Business experience of selling or supporting commercial proposals or 3 Years Minimum of selling equipment direct in SEMI territory or 5 Years onsite service experienc
Language skills:Ability to communicate in both Written & Spoken English in addition to local language(s
Other skills and knowledge: Commercial acumen,Marketing Intelligence,Negotiation skills,MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of shanghai, while being associated with our customer center in China (CN).
