Sales Engineer

Your role
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth, market development and customer satisfaction by providing technically vacuum solutions to industrial process markets. You will report to Sales Manager.
You will
1. Technical Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted industrial sectors
- Conduct customer visits, penetrations, and product demonstrations to promote Edwards solutions
2. Solution design & proposal preparation
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable vacuum technologies and systems
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with application and pricing teams.
3. Distributor Performance & Project Management
- Manage distributors and performance, ensure timely communication and regular report.
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support and coordinate with service teams when needed.
4. Market Development & Strategic Planning
- Monitor industry trends, competitors activities and customer feedback to identify business opportunities

Educational requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical, chemical, process engineering or related
- Additional degree in business & administration or related work experience is preferred
Experience requirements
- 3+ years in technical sales roles for industrial equipment (pumps/compressors/valves).
- Proven track record of closing $2M+ annual sales in process industries.
Knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking, other languages advantageous
- Excellent communication, teamwork and presentation skill
- Fluency in process industry workflows (e.g., P&ID interpretation, HAZOP awareness)
