Sales Manager_aftermarket

Your role
As a Sales Manager _ after market, your mission is to [ Develop and implement effective sales strategies, lead and supervise the sales team into achieving the business objectives / target and customer satisfaction in allocated territory.Enhance division and Company reputation and brand image by consistently implementing the Company’s core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation]. You will report to [General Manager, New Start-up Company].
You will
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to build and reinforce target market share and profitability
- Preparation and achievement the sales budget
- Prioritise customers/sectors for sales focus in agreement with BLM
- Handle major sales and negotiations for the business line in the region
- Ownership of the Share and penetration objectives and / or Action Plans for the key account account.
- Lead, develop and motivate an experienced team and support them in the region towards continuous success
- To define and optimize continuously the service sales coverage and geographical spread of sales force and develop the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Follow-up of sales activities , visits, and quotations of sales engineers.
- Provide monthly reports on Service Sales performance and maintain an updated customer contacts and machine population.
- To effectively manage the account receivables & overdue to protect working capital
- To keep good relationships with key-customers, distributors and other indirect sales channels.
- To listen and identify customer’s needs, and then provide optimized solution, so as to meet customer needs
- To assess the potential of the service products in the assigned region.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or related field
- Business-level English skills
- Over 3 years of experience in sales manegement or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in Vacuum technology related field
- Strong drive to achieve business goals
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc., in line with objectives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience using digital marketing tools and analytics tools
- Create a positive and harmonious working environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers.
- Ability to listen, especially to customers, to analyze and summarize.
- Confidence when interacting with customers.
