Mission
Drive sales and market development of assigned product lines, to explore for new segments and expend exist market with assigned product solution, provide pre-sales supporting as technical expertise to maximize the sales opportunity.

Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be responsible for the financial targets for the assigned product lines
- Drive and lead new product launch on time
- Drive the sales team to recommend and sell ecosystem solutions at every stage of the sales process
- To secure successful product and eco-system solution life-cycle management, create high quality solution-based marketing materials.
- Implement product marketing strategy through collaborating with Business Lines, ICA and other stakeholders.
- Business partner and developer with sales team of assigned segments or Key account.
- Summarize the success stories, and design the product & application training to develop sales competence
- Utilize all resources to promote brand awareness during marketing activities
- Find the market trends, and make rapid action to follow and lead the trends
- Drive sales and market development through campaign, market analysis, sales opportunity identification, solution sharing & case study, and etc.
- Working closely with project team to meet customer’s needs
- Support marketing activities regarding assigned product lines, such as new product launch, exhibitions, road show, technical materials and etc.
- Be a center of product and segments solution, and as the primary contact for technical support, problem solving, product training
- Interface with production center regarding topics of new product, quality, technology, new customer requirement and etc
- Possess the technical capability for overall solutions

- 总结成功案例,设计产品及应用培训,培养销售能力
- 利用所有资源在市场活动中提升品牌知名度
- 发现市场趋势,并迅速采取行动,紧跟和引领趋势
- 通过营销活动、市场分析、销售机会识别、解决方案分享和案例研究等推动销售和市场发展
- 与项目团队紧密合作,满足客户需求
- 支持指定产品线的市场活动,如新产品发布、展览、路演、技术资料等
- 成为产品和细分市场解决方案的中心,并作为技术支持、问题解决、产品培训的主要联系人
- 与生产中心就新产品、质量、技术、新客户需求等进行沟通
- 具备整体解决方案的技术能力
To succeed, you will need
Education & Experience
- University degree or above with engineering background
- Minimum 5 years of technical support in related industrial product
- Industrial marketing experience is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- PC skill is a must
- Industrial assembly experience is a plus
