Your Role

To understand profoundly the real service demanding of general vacuum pums customer from technical perspective. To develop added-value and exclusive service solutions to improve customer process capabilities and operational efficiency. To work with service sales team to offer solutions and win business, and contribute the business growth VTS. |
To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in Application and technical support function
- Strong technical background combined with knowledge of application and technical support in vacuum pump service or similar machinery industry.
- Previous experience of vacuum beneficial.
Knowledge
- Fluent both in written and oral English & Chinese.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
Educational requirements
Bachelor degree - technically or commercially oriented or equivalent experience.
