VTS Logistics Engineer

Your role
As a VTS Logistics engineer, your mission is to
- To ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of service parts and logistics support for VTS operations, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational reliability across China and Asia region.
- Achieve the above goals through project leading or support such as Localization project, Aisa hub (7088 to Aisa), Kits move project (PC to DC), supply route optimization, service parts of NPI directly phase into China DC,etc.
- Support VTS supply chain KPI such as Availability >95%, NWC target, minimizing air fright cost..
You will report to [Regional Logistics Manager China & SEA ].
You will
- Support “Localization project “on time deliver by business case study, source cell change management.
- Find opportunity and leading project of extending CN localized service parts to Asia. (Exp. Sogevac Parts/Mars)
- Leading kits moving projects continuously to achieve VTS supply chain strategy. (Exp. QD Phase2, TJ PC kits)
- Leading supply optimization project of “EMEA/CN to Asia via 7088” (Asia Hub) for freight cost saving & shorter LT.
- Support service parts of NPI phase in China DC directly.
- Support VTS marketing to implement service parts strategy on label and packaging.
- Know-how and support China DC to achieve VTS supply chain KPI such as Availability >95%, NWC target, minimizing air fright cost,etc.
- Coaching and knowledge transfer to CDC planner to achieve decentralization of CC/VTS/CDC smoothly.
- Other tasks assigned by RLM.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain engineering; experience in service logistics is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, JDA) and Excel.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Work Environment
- Office-based with occasional visits to warehouses or service centers.
- Some travel may be required across China and Asia regions.
Other requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese & English combined with computer literacy.
- Interpersonal skills for relating to both internal and external customers and providers of information of all nationalities, generating customer satisfaction and achieving personal credibility so as to motivate both the users and providers of product information.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong administrative and personal disciplines to handle a multi-task and functions activity with a meticulous approach.
