VTS Service Planner

Your role
As a VTS Service Planner, your mission is to [The Service Planner is responsible for planning and coordinating service resources, including field service engineers, workshop repair capacity, spare parts availability, and service schedules, to ensure timely and efficient execution of customer service activities while maximizing resource utilization and customer satisfaction.]. You will
- Plan and optimize service schedules to maximize resource utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate STC,service engineers, repair workshops, and subcontractors for efficient service execution.
- Manage service work orders and ensure timely completion in accordance with service commitments.
- Coordinate spare parts and service resources to support on-time repairs and field service.
- Monitor planning performance and continuously improve service operations through data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service efficiency and customer experience.
- Forecast service demand and plan long-term service capacity to ensure sufficient resources for future business needs.

You have X - X years of experience, working as a XY
* 3–5 years of experience in service planning, service operations, production planning, logistics, or a related operational role.
* Experience in coordinating field service engineers, workshop repairs, or service resources is preferred.
* Experience working with ERP, CRM, or service management systems is an advantage.
* Good understanding of service operations, work order management, and resource planning.
* Basic knowledge of capacity planning and service scheduling methodologies.
* Familiarity with KPI monitoring and continuous improvement practices.
* Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications; experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other service management systems is preferred.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
