Your Role
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, organize and store the stock in the best way to ensure high efficient material handling activities.
计划、组织和储存库存，以确保高效的物料处理。
- Maintain fixed assets stored/used in warehouse.
维护仓库中存储/使用的固定资产。
- Maintain correct and on time inventory list in system.
及时并准确地在系统中维护库存清单。
- Check quantity and appearance quality when goods arrive, mark and inform to relevant colleagues timely.
到货时检查数量和外观质量，做好标记并及时通知相关同事。
- Good picking, packing and coordinate with 3rd party logistics company on domestic delivery.
产品打包、装卸及国内发运安排。
- Coordinate PM or IS for project/Rivets/spare parts delivery.
协调项目管理以及内部销售，确保项目/铆钉/备件的交付。
- Quarterly stock taking and check with finance team.
每季度盘点并与财务团队核对。
- Strictly comply with relevant EHS policy of the company.
严格遵守公司的相关EHS政策规定。
- Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the leader.
其他由主管分配的临时任务。
To succeed, you will need
Education
- High school education or above.
高中及以上学历
- Computer: Microsoft office is a must and SAP is preferred.
熟练办公软件，熟悉SAP系统优先
- Forklift driving skill / license is a must.
叉车证
Experience
- The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years as warehouse logistics or similar job.
3年及以上仓库物流及相关经验
- Experience of working in a factory or industrial environment is preferred.
工业工厂经验优先
- WMS system is preferred.
有仓储管理系统操作经验优先
- Experience of working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to different cultures.
具有文化包容性
Language
- Basic English on read and writing is preferred.
