Define Company Sales strategy in line with the business objectives
-Identify issues and trends and deliver solutions across the full range of Sales activities
-Support and motivate distributors/agents
-Propose support to customer and help them with pumps applications and selection
-Develop, organize and support business systems (data base, ERP, CRM) allowing capitalization of market and technical data for potential analysis
-Interface with Head office and play a role as an integral part of the Global Sales team
-Ensure the company has a proper documenting process of lessons learned
significant project and organize a structured KOM and closing meeting with Client
- handle the project and technical inquiries and ensure contracts are performed as agreed.
- to handle and negotiate commercial Terms and Conditions given by Customers.
