Department：Aftermarket Operation
Report to: Aftermarket Manager
Position Responsibilities：
- Responsible for on-site installation and commissioning of industrial nitrogen, oxygen and gas purification equipment.负责工业制氮，制氧和气体纯化等设备的现场安装和调试；
- Responsible for on-site equipment fault handling and repair, maintenance services.负责现场设备的故障处理和维修，保养服务；
- Regular maintenance of original parts and equipment, on-site promotion and promotion of sales products.原厂零件和设备定期保养等服务销售产品的现场宣传与推广；
- Assist in meeting annual sales targets for equipment parts and maintenance services.协助完成设备零件和保养服务的年度销售指标；
- Responsible for on-site equipment operation and maintenance training, and provide technical support to customers.负责现场设备操作和维护的培训, 并为客户提供技术支持；
- Cooperate with technical support to provide timely analysis and feedback on on-site product quality problems.与技术支持合作，及时提供现场产品质量问题的分析与反馈；
- Implement professional service processes and security service specifications.执行专业化服务流程和安全服务规范；
- Effectively promote the company image and improve customer satisfaction.有效推行公司形象，提高客户满意度；
- Timely complete other related auxiliary work arranged by the department.及时完成部门安排的其它相关辅助工作。
- Comply with the safety and quality management requirements of the company and related parties. 遵守公司及相关方的安全和质量管理体系要求。
Experience/Knowledge/Educational requirements：
- College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related;大专或以上毕业，机械工程、机电一体化等相关机电专业；
- More than two years of equipment maintenance or field service experience;两年以上的设备维修或现场服务经验；
- Proficient in computer operation and office software.熟练电脑操作和办公软件使用。
Personality requirements:
- Good communication skills and customer oriented service awareness.良好的沟通技巧和客户导向服务意识。
- Willing to travel.愿意经常出差。
