HR Recruiter - Additional workforce

Your role
- Maintain and develop effective recruitment channels, regularly update job postings, and proactively source, attract, and hire qualified candidates to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure recruitment activities align with business plans and hiring needs.
- Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor hiring activities, and talent availability to provide recruitment insights and recommendations.
To succeed, you will need
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, or equivalent experience as a recruiter within an executive search/headhunting firm specializing in manufacturing.
- Fluent spoken and written English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
- Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly understand business and talent requirements.
- Professional, mature, and stable communication style with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, patient, and highly organized in managing recruitment processes.
