Your day-to-day

  • Response for in-house repair products/spare parts/consumables’ register, inbound/outbound and perform incoming and outgoing quality inspections.
  • Manage workshop assets and warehouse stocks, ensuring accurate in-out records, full alignment between system inventory and physical stock, and perform regular stocktaking.
  • Continuously optimize asset and inventory list, control overall inventory cost, improve turnover rate, and hit rate of spare parts.
  • Fulfill safety responsibilities in daily work, proactively identify and eliminate potential safety hazards, and ensure safe operations.
  • Ensure the implementation of 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) within the working area.
  • Handle goods receiving, shipping, returns, and exchanges of workshop, track logistics and proof-of-delivery status.
  • Coordinate with internal and external suppliers/PC to purchase spare parts, tools, and consumables required by the workshop.
  • Follow up on the entire service order process, including order creation, assignment, quotation, parts ordering, shipment, confirmation, invoicing, and closure.
  • Be responsible for daily administrative management activities of the workshop.
  • Collect and analyze service center operational and KPI data, submit operation report regularly.
  • Establish / update work-related documentation, SOPs, data reports, and records.
  • Continuously optimize working process, keep improving safety, cost and efficiency.
  • Comply with Atlas Copco Group’s “The Way We Do Things” and “Code of Conduct”.
  • Be prepared to take on other duties and assignments as required.

Your skills and experience

Education Level

  • Associate degree or above in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management and/or order management.
  • Experience with vacuum pumps or service order management is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI is preferred.

Knowledge

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Good written and reading proficiency in English.
