Communications and Community Specialist

As a Communications and Community Specialist-CCSP, your mission is to [briefly describe the main mission]. You will report to [add Hiring Manager title].

You will

  • Plan, set up and manage a local communications plan, including local channels, to provide regular communication of management and divisional messages related to operations, change, and strategy to Edwards Japan employees
  • Craft and distribute local news and announcements covering new joiners, people achievements, success stories, etc
  • Devise local site feedback mechanisms and response channels to promote employee inclusion and engagement
  • SharePoint (intranet) development and maintenance
  • Provide local content for divisional internal campaigns and channels.
  • Act as a brand steward, implementing the Edwards brand promise and upholding Edwards brand identity and consistency in all activities, with guidance from the divisional brand team, including correct branding of the site
  • Support the local Safety and HR teams to ensure that SHEQ, Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion etc activities are embraced and communicated across Edwards Japan

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience
  • Experience in either communications, marketing or media
  • Organised with skills in the managment of media channels, visual, oral and written
  • Skilled in the use of word, power point
  • Highly skilled communicator with fluency in English and Japanese
  • Preffered a member of the Insitute of Internal Communications or willingness to work towards

Job location
