The Role

能独立完成 阿特拉斯科普柯动力工具的维修保养工作；
Working independently for service and maintenance work of Atlas Copco tools;
· 协助销售/项目部完成新项目的开机调试标定等工作； Working closely with sales team & project team to install and calibrate new equipment;
· 能够及时通过电话或现场解决客户的技术问题；
Solving problem and supporting customer by phone;
· 及时准确地填写工作单、周报及月报；
Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report;
· 反馈来自客户的技术需求和质量信息；
Providing technique request and quality information according as customer‘s feedback;
· 根据阿特拉斯·科普柯或客户的标准填写动力工具维修管理资料；
Finishing service documents according as Atlas Copco or customer’s standard;
· 保持良好的客户关系；
Keeping good relationship with customer;
· 做好有效的工作计划并随时准备接受新的工作任务；
Doing well work plan and being ready to take up new tasks;
· 协助服务工程师的维修服务合同工作。
Assisting service engineer’s work about service contract.
· 保持服务站的维修用设备完好
Responsible to keep the service equipment well in workshop

· 机械或电气工程大专以上学位；
Graduate from college in mechanical or electrical engineering;
· 能熟练操作电脑及常用办公软件；
Good PC and MS Office skill;
· 有英语基础；
Basic English knowledge
· 有PLC、工厂总线或以太网知识及应用的优先考虑;
PLC, Fieldbus and Ethernet knowledge are considered as the advantages;
